5 Reasons why Cavite is the best place to own a home this 2019!
Lahat naman tayo will agree that buying a house and lot not only fulfills one of our bucket list in life but also having a very tangible investment. Sabi nga ni Franklin D. Roosevelt, “Real estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world.”
The good thing now is that most real estate developers in the Philippines are starting to develop township communities outside Metro Manila and one of them is Cavite.
The question now is, “Why Cavite?” Here are the top reasons why you should consider investing in Cavite, Philippines:
When I ask people to if they considered investing a property in Cavite, before they would say “Parang ang layo naman ng Cavite.” Pero the fact is that, it is just about 30 to 45 Minutes away from Metro Manila. Almost the same as travelling from Makati to Quezon City.
In fact, we have at least 3 major expressways na lalong magpapagaan ng travel time not just from Cavite but to its nearby provinces. First is the existing Cavite Expressway (CAVITEx), the other one, which is under construction as of this date, is the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAx) na magcoconnect sa CAVITEx and South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). Another is the planned Cavite-Batangas Expressway.
All of these projects will provide more convenient access for Cavite residents to Manila, including Paranaque, Bonifacio Global City, Ortigas, and Quezon City. The proposed LRT 1 Cavite Extension Project is also a big plus, which will connect Baclaran to Bacoor.
Compared sa Metro Manila, Cavite is undeniably less congested. One of my personal reasons kung bakit I’ve decided to relocate to Cavite is because it’s like living in a province-like environment and at the same time, parang Manila din ang lifestyle na maraming schools, supermarkets, malls, and pasyalan sa paligid. In fact, one of the real estate projects I’ve been selling for years has around 20,000 trees inside the community. Aside from that, there is less pollution and there is definitely less traffic in Cavite.
Speaking of pasyalan, my home is actually less than an hour away from Tagaytay! So if you decide to have some break from your workload, hindi mo na kailangang lumayo pa.
Nabanggit ko na nga kanina, Living in Cavite is just like living in Manila. Near on my home, there are numerous malls na pwede mong puntahan: Robinson’s Imus, District Mall (Ayala Malls) in Imus, SM Imus, Lotus Mall, and Lumina Point Mall and counting! The premium shopping center S&R is nasa Cavite na din, making it very convenient for Cavite residents to shop leisurely for their needs and wants.
If let’s say ikaw ay may anak na mag-cocollege na, hindi mo na din kailangang lumayo pa. Cavite is a home to 1,760 schools, including prestigious colleges and universities such as De La Salle University Dasmarinas, Far Eastern University Silang, and Recoletos de Cavite.
Ikaw ba yung taong mahilig sa spontaneous trips? Summer man or Rainy Season, you can go around Cavite to suit your needs! The most famous of these tourist spots is Tagaytay, where beautiful tourist spots like Sky Ranch, People’s Park, and Picnic Grove are located (Eating Bulalo in Tagaytay is a must!).
Kung beach and water activites naman ang hanap mo, andito na din sa Cavite ang Island Cove, Ternate Beach, and Balite Falls. Cavite is also few hours away near other tourist destinations like the tropical beaches of Batangas and the hot spring resorts in Laguna!
Kung ikaw naman ay yung tipong traveler na mahilig din sa history, Cavite is also a great place to visit since this province is the first one to revolt against Spain at the end of 19th century. Ancestral houses and museums are also preserved, including the Aguinaldo Shrine in Kawi. Other historical sites include the Battle of Alapan and Battle of Julian Bridge Markers, Fort San Felipe and the House of Tirona.
AFFORDABLE PROPERTIES FOR SALE
Because Cavite is not yet as urbanized as Metro Manila, hindi pa ganoong kamahal ang mga properties dito. But with the ongoing major developments happening in the province, siguradong magtataasan na ang value ng properties dito sa Cavite in the next few years.
One of the biggest and probably one of the most developed township communities in the province is Lancaster New City. It is a 1,600-Hectare township community that stretches on 3 major cities in Cavite (Kawit, Imus, and General Trias) and is the home of 50,000+ residents. Mostly, OFW and Migrants coming from Manila. Being just 30-40 minutes away from Metro Manila thru CAVITEX, Lancaster New City is designed to provide Filipino families room to grow thru affordable homes and a complete community where everything they need is within reach.
Upon the Completion of Cavite – Laguna Expressway (CALAx) in 2020, the property prices in Cavite will definitely increase dramatically when this materializes. This is why we strongly advise to our clients na maginvest sa real estate as early as possible sa Cavite in order for them to reap its benefits of in a matter of months and years.
